Herbs are found and used around the world. Every culture from time immemorial has used herbs from their regions not only for cooking, but for for healing and for magick. Herbs are probably still the most accessible of the correspondences used in magick, although some of the various varieties may take a little searching in order to obtain them.
As well as learning about herbs from the usual sources in most Witchcraft books, try to find books and other sources with listings of the local flora for your own particular region. You might also be surprised as to what is available in your neighborhood shops and markets if you look carefully enough.
